S9014 NPN General Purpose Transistors

Description

S9014 is a low signal and low noise NPN transistor. It has a good hfe value of upto 1000 of high linearity.Hence, its best for designing Audio Frequency (AF) amplifiers or pre-amplifiers. It also has its counter PNP transistor S9015. This is used to design class B amplifier in push-pull configuration. To add on that,  it has a good collector dissipation of 0.4W to driver speakers of decent rating.

However, it has a collector current of 100mA and hence not advised for switching or driving circuits.

Features of S9014 includes;

• Pre-Amplifier, Low Level, Low Noise NPN Transistor
• It has a Current Gain (hFE) of 60 to 1000 (good linearity)
• Has a Continuous Collector current of 100mA
• Has a Collector-Emitter Voltage of 45 V
• It also has a Collector-Base Voltage of 50V
• Has an Emitter-Base Voltage of  5 V
• Moreover, has a Transition Frequency is 150 MHz
• Available in To-92 Package

• Used for designing Audio Frequency amplifiers or Pre-amplifiers
• It is also used as Class B amplifiers
• To add on that, for Low noise stage audio equipment
• Lastly, in Push-Pull Circuits
