Description

CD4001BE quad gate is a CMOS integrated circuit. It is made with both  N- and P-channel enhancement mode transistors. The device also has buffered outputs which improve transfer characteristics by providing high gain. All inputs are protected against static discharge with diodes to VDD and VSS.
