Description
A733 is a PNP Epitaxial Silicon Transistor. It is used for general purpose amplification and switching purposes. As a switch it drives loads under 150 mA. that is enough to drive relays, LEDs, high power transistors, integrated circuits etc. It only requires 0.3V base voltage for saturation. Hence used in low voltage operated circuits. It is also used in audio amplification stages and as an amplifier to amplify many types of signals. Moreover the transition frequency is upto 180 MHz due to which it will also perform well in RF circuits under 180 MHz.
